Cooked Arctic Sweet Shrimp

Cold-water Arctic sweet shrimp, cooked and served head-on. They are small but intensely sweet, with a firm bite and the roe still in place - the reason this shrimp is eaten as-is rather than cooked again.

• Serve chilled with soy and wasabi, or peel into salads and rice bowls

Supplied frozen or chilled. Thaw in the fridge and serve cold.
